Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The role requires strong analytical ability, campaign execution expertise, and team coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
Create strategies to increase brand visibility and student enrollments.
Plan ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Drive lead generation campaigns (online & offline).
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with sales/admissions teams to improve lead-to-admission ratio.
- Digital Marketing Management
Manage social media platforms and online presence.
Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Monitor website traffic and optimize digital funnels.
- Local Marketing & Partnerships
Develop local partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
Organize seminars, workshops, and outreach activities.
Execute on-ground promotional activities and events.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors.
Manage marketing executives and field teams.
Ensure timely execution of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Reporting & Budget Management
Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
Manage marketing budgets effectively.
Track cost per lead and cost per acquisition.
