We are looking for a Senior PPC / Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and app-focused campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in driving app installs, app sales, and ROI-focused paid campaigns, including TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Merchant Center, Shopping Ads Display Ads and PMax Campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for:App installs & in-app conversions
- Manage and scale:Google App Campaigns (UAC - automated Google Ads campaigns)Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max campaigns
- Meta App Install & Conversion campaigns
- Handle Google Merchant Center setup, account suspension, feed optimization, and issue resolution
- Optimize campaigns based on CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient spend across platforms
- Track and analyze performance using GTM, GA4, Firebase, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients/stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong experience in App Install & App Conversion campaigns
- Proven expertise with Google Merchant Center & Shopping Ads
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Firebase, Tag Manager
- Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns/clients simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with app-based businesses, e-commerce, or performance agencies
- Knowledge of ASO fundamentals is a plus
- Familiarity with automation, scripts, and AI-driven bidding strategies
