Role: Senior Performance Executive
Department: Performance Marketing
Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)
Reports to: Head of Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Ads Execution
• Own end-to-end campaign management on Meta. Campaign architecture, audience, budget, bid strategy
and daily optimisation.
• Maintain a structured creative testing system: hook variants, format rotation (Reels, static, carousel) and A/B
tests.
• Understand and work with Meta's Advantage+ and Andromeda-era optimisation logic based creative quality
scoring & broad audience signals.
• Manage audience strategy across cold, warm, and retention. Own retargeting flows and exclusion logic.
• Drive ROAS by monitoring CPM, CTR, hook rates, landing page conversion rate.
• Experience with platform policy restrictions relevant to health supplement advertising
• Build and maintain a weekly performance dashboard covering key acquisition metrics CAC, ROAS, CPM,
CTR, CVR per campaign.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the creative team to prioritise asset production based on performance data by identifying
highest leverage formats and angles first.
• Partner with the CRO / tech team to flag landing page issues, test offer framing, and improve post click
conversion rates.
• Coordinate with retention team on audience hand-offs to ensure high-value purchasers flow into
email/WhatsApp retention sequences.
• Contribute to media planning discussions & provide CAC estimates, budget recommendations, and channel
level forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads execution.
• Demonstrable track record: bring numbers. Campaign-level ROAS improvements, CAC reductions, or scale
milestones you personally drove.
• Experience with subscription or repeat-purchase D2C models is a plus
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys
• Experience working with E-commerce platforms (Shopify) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
-Someone who only manages budgets and reports as execution ownership is core to this role.
-A strategist who delegates implementation to vendors or juniors.
-A candidate who has never personally set up a campaign from scratch.
-Anyone who cannot explain why a campaigns CPM is high or why hook rate dropped.
