About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Sr. Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple performance marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, and e-commerce advertising ecosystems, with a strong understanding of campaign automation, analytics, and reporting.
This role requires a data-driven marketer who can balance creativity with performance metrics to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- E-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Build campaign structures aligned with business goals such as lead generation, conversions, sales, and brand growth.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
Optimization & Performance Management
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, targeting, and placements.
- Improve KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Execute A/B testing strategies across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Track attribution and conversion journeys using analytics tools.
Automation & Analytics
- Implement marketing automation workflows and rules for campaign efficiency.
- Work with tools/platforms for automated reporting, bid strategies, and audience management.
- Create dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, or similar tools.
- Analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights for scaling performance.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Present campaign outcomes and optimization plans to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain campaign documentation, budgets, and performance trackers.
Requirements
Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
- Exposure to e-commerce advertising platforms such as Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or similar marketplaces is preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Campaign strategy and media planning
- Conversion tracking and pixel implementation
- Audience targeting and remarketing
- Funnel optimization and attribution
- Familiarity with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Looker Studio / Data Studio
- Understanding of automation tools, scripts, rules, or workflow-based campaign management is a plus.
