Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Technical Developer with 810 years of hands-on development expertise in PeopleSoft v9.2+. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in PeopleTools and extensive experience across Core HRMS, North America Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.
This role requires deep technical capability, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work on enterprise-wide projects in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support PeopleSoft solutions in version 9.2+.
- Work extensively on Core HRMS, NA Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.
- Develop and maintain customizations using PeopleCode, COBOL SQL, and SQR.
- Build and manage integrations with third-party systems using Integration Broker and web services.
- Develop and enhance:
- Application Packages
- AWE (Approval Workflow Engine)
- Fluid User Interface (UI)
- Work Centers
- Activity Guides
- Pivot Grids
- Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries and database objects.
- Use tools such as Data Mover, Application Designer, Query Manager, Integration Broker, and Job Scheduling for development and support.
- Participate in enterprise-wide implementation and upgrade projects.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- 810 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience (v9.2+).
- Strong technical knowledge of PeopleTools 8.55+, including:
- Integration Broker (IB) & Web Services
- Application Packages
- AWE
- Fluid UI
- Work Centers & Activity Guides
- Pivot Grids
- Strong expertise in:
- PeopleCode
- COBOL SQL
- SQR
- Oracle SQL
- Proven experience developing PeopleSoft interfaces with third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and best practices.
- Experience working on enterprise-level implementations and support projects.
