Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Senior People Advisor - HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with business heads, managers, and team leads. This role focuses on enhancing employee productivity and retention strategies, managing headcount across multiple locations, and effectively addressing employee grievances. If you have excellent communication and people management skills, and are ready to work in a US shift, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discuss with business heads, managers, and team leads pertaining to employee productivity and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee headcount for multiple locations.
  • Conduct skip-level meetings with employees.
  • Address employee grievances and queries, conveying resolution status to employees.
  • Coordinate induction and new line orientation.
  • Serve as an escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues.
  • Maintain attendance and leave management systems.
  • Organize events for employee recognition, team-building games, and celebrating important days.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications.
  • Ready to work in US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST).
