We are looking for a Senior Pega Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable enterprise applications on the Pega platform. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, preferably from a consulting environment, with exposure to banking or financial services projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Pega platform (PRPC)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Build and configure workflows, case management, and integrations
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system performance and stability
- Participate in deployment and provide post-production support
- Mentor junior team members and support technical leadership initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Pega development
- Certified Pega System Architect (CSA/CCSA) is mandatory
- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, Case Management, Integration (REST/SOAP)
- Good understanding of Java and web technologies
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
- Prior experience working in a consulting / SI company is preferred
- Exposure to banking / financial services domain is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Immediate starters or candidates with short notice periods will be highly preferred.
