Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Pega Developer with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working on Banking or Financial Services projects and preferably come from a top-tier consulting environment such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Infosys, TCS, or similar organizations.

The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Pega application development, workflow automation, integrations, and enterprise-level delivery in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Pega PRPC platform.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Develop workflows, case management, decision rules, integrations, and UI components in Pega.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices, guardrails, and coding standards are followed.
• Handle REST/SOAP API integrations and external system connectivity.
• Participate in end-to-end SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Support production issues and provide technical troubleshooting when required.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams in Agile delivery model.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Strong experience in Banking or Financial Services projects.
• Experience working with top-tier consulting or SI companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Pega BPM / PRPC
• Case Management
• Data Pages
• Activities
• Decision Rules
• Integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Report Definitions
• UI/UX development in Pega
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications

Mandatory:

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Preferred:

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Experience in cloud environments is an advantage.
• Exposure to AML, KYC, Lending, Payments, Claims, or Customer Servicing domains is preferred.
