• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA region employees.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for accurate payroll execution.
• Handle payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and maintain payroll system accuracy.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll operations for EMEA region.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
