About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly process driven Senior Payroll Manager to lead and manage payroll operations across EMEA and APAC regions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple countries, diverse statutory environments, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end payroll operations across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with regional statutory requirements.
  • Drive compliance with SOX controls, internal policies, and external audit expectations.
  • Oversee statutory filings, year end payroll activities, and country specific reporting.
  • Partner with auditors to provide statutory and internal audit support, documentation, and responses.
  • Manage time off and time tracking complexities, including integrations and reconciliation.
  • Identify process gaps and implement standard operating procedures for consistent global payroll quality.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the payroll team to achieve high performance and service excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors across global parters.
  • Support global payroll projects, transitions, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably covering global or multi country portfolios.
  • Strong exposure to EMEA and APAC payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands on experience with Payroll compliance (SOX), controls, audits, and documentation.
  • Deep understanding of time off and time tracking workflows, validations, and operational nuances.
  • Proven experience in managing statutory filings, tax submissions, and year end payroll activities.
  • Exceptional analytical mindset and a passion for operational accuracy and process excellence.
  • Leadership experience managing and developing high performing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, matrixed global environment.
