Job Responsibilities

Own and drive key business metrics, by generating revenue from ad solutions.

Deep expertise in mobile/web publisher ad solutions to tailor recommendations for businesses of various products and objectives.

Lead strategic conversations with partners and manage complex, end-to-end relationships.

Negotiate commercial terms and pricing agreements with both publishers and agency partners.

Recruit new ad publishers and maintain a robust pipeline of media partners.

Present media plans and ad solutions to C-level executives and in-house senior management.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to design, develop, and launch innovative advertising solutions for key products.

Work closely with the Marketing Head to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and achievement of performance outcomes.

Provide continuous feedback to publisher teams to enhance overall ad performance and customer experience.

Desired Qualifications

5+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably digital, managing large or enterprise clients

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across functions

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

High bias for action with a results-driven mindset

Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while balancing tight timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
