Role: Senior Partner - University Relations

We are seeking a professional to build university partnerships, manage end-to-end campus hiring and attract high-potential early talent. The role requires strong knowledge of the local talent market and the ability to clearly communicate the company's value proposition.
What you'll be a part of
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with universities, faculty, and student communities to strengthen employer branding and showcase career opportunities.
- Design and execute targeted campus hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent from priority institutions and programs.
- Own the end-to-end campus recruitment, including interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, and offer rollouts.
- Develop and sustain a robust early-career talent pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, align role requirements, and provide talent market insights.
- Leverage alumni networks and referral channels to enhance both the quality and scale of campus hiring efforts.
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience while representing the company as a brand ambassador.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage, scale and continuously enhance campus programs and early-talent initiatives to deepen engagement and create a talent pipeline.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruitment with a Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities with university stakeholders.
- Strategize, plan and manage campus visit schedules and logistics
- Good understanding of universities, talent markets, and emerging campus hiring trends.
- Willingness to travel campuses across PAN India to execute hiring drives, strengthen university partnerships, and support strategic campus engagement initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Genuine passion for engaging early talent and articulating the company's value proposition
