The Opportunity

We are seeking Senior Partner - Strategy and Operations to serve as a strategic and execution partner to leadership. This is a high-impact role focused on solving complex business problems, driving cross-functional alignment, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Own

1. Strategic Analysis

• Lead structured, insight-driven problem solving on critical business challenges
• Drive market sizing (TAM), competitive mapping, and opportunity identification

2. Decision Enablement

• Build executive-ready dashboards, reports, and analytical narratives
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

3. Leadership Partnership

• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, OKRs, and priority initiatives
• Ensure alignment and disciplined execution across teams

4. Operational Excellence

• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements

5. AI & Innovation

• Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools to enhance internal workflows and client impact

6. Executive Communication

• Develop high-quality materials for leadership reviews, board discussions, and stakeholders

Who You Are

• 5-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysis
• Experience in consulting and/or high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Technical or quantitative background preferred
