Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery.
Feature Launch and Adoption : Manage the features or enhancement launches ensuring their successful usage and adoption. This includes defining product requirements, managing priorities, ensuring quality and compliance, and exploring monetization opportunities.
Customer Engagement : Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product enhancements and drive user adoption.
Performance Measurement : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success and inform future iterations.
Stakeholder Communication : Regularly update senior leadership on product status, risks, and changes
What You Need
bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management in US-based enterprise-products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
Proven experience working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with US healthcare and pharmacy operations will be an added advantage.
