Key Responsibilities:- Understand client requirements, technical specifications, and product details.
- Develop innovative, cost-effective, and practical packaging designs.
- Create 2D and 3D designs using CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and project engineering.
- Provide technical support during sampling, prototyping, and testing phases.
- Ensure packaging meets safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and present design concepts.
- Lead junior engineers and guide them during design and development.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
Skills Required:- Strong knowledge of packaging materials such as corrugated boards, Metal racks, plastics, foams, and wooden pallets.
