About the Role

We are hiring dedicated and results-orientated study abroad counsellors for our Pune office. This role is suited for professionals with a strong understanding of the UK study abroad market, international admissions processes, and student counselling practices.

The position focuses on guiding students through their UK education journey with a structured, ethical, and outcome-driven counselling approach within a modern, professional work environment.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience as:

Study Abroad Counsellor

Education Counsellor

Overseas Education Advisor

International Admissions Executive

UK-focused counselling experience is mandatory and strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on UK universities, courses, intakes, admissions requirements, and visa pathways

Provide end-to-end counselling support from initial enquiry through enrolment

Assess student profiles and recommend suitable UK institutions and programs

Manage and track student leads using CRM systems and structured follow-up processes

Coordinate with internal admissions teams for application processing and documentation

Support students through application, offer, CAS, and admission stages

Maintain accurate counselling records and status updates

Work toward defined counselling and enrolment targets

Mandatory Conditions

Completion of a skill-based assessment is mandatory for all applicants

Selected candidates must report to the Pune office for in-person onboarding and training starting from the specified joining cycle

This is an onsite role based in Pune

Required Skills and Competencies

Working knowledge of the UK higher education system, university requirements, and admission criteria

Understanding of UK admissions and student visa processes

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional and student-first counselling approach

Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment

Strong follow-up and lead conversion capability

Ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously

Willingness to continuously learn and update UK market knowledge
