Job Description

Are you our new Senior Order Coordinator ready to ensure efficient and accurate handling of customer orders In this role, you will play a key part in managing the order process and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

You will work closely with sales, customer service, procurement, shipping, and supply chain teams to coordinate orders and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

A glimpse into the role

  • Review and process customer purchase orders, ensuring sales orders are aligned with the purchase order and agreed technical and commercial terms.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, confirm order acknowledgements, and resolve any missing or unclear information.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the customer and internal teams, coordinating with departments such as Engineering, Quality, and the factory.
  • Monitor and manage sales order progress, ensuring timely scheduling, inspection coordination, shipment, and payment follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate order documentation and support inventory optimization, backlog management, and compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.

We Also Imagine That You

  • Have a degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) experience in Customer Order Management, Project Management, Order Detailing, or Order Administration, with 5 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Have a good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and people leadership skills.
  • Have a good understanding of terms and conditions.
  • Have solid prioritization and organizational skills
  • Are able to work well in a close team environment.
  • Experience with any ERP system and Salesforce will be an added advantage.
