Key Responsibilities
- Database Development
- Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high-volume data processing.
- Performance Tuning
- Analyze and tune PL/SQL code for optimal performance.
- Implement best practices for query optimization and indexing.
- Data Management
- Perform data migration, ETL processes, and integration with external systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all environments.
- Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Maintenance & Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Support daily operations and provide on-call assistance when required.
- Documentation
- Prepare technical documentation for database structures, processes, and workflows.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Oracle Database architecture and PL/SQL programming.
Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization.
Experience with data modeling and database design principles.
Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
Knowledge of database security best practices.
