About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Oracle EPM Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable Oracle EPM solutions aligned with finance transformation and business performance goals. This role will lead solution architecture, technical design, best practices, and advisory support across Oracle EPM implementations.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Oracle EPM products and strong financial domain knowledge, with the ability to work closely with clients, understand complex business requirements, and translate them into robust, future-ready solution designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions across modules such as Planning, FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, and related areas
- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and implementation best practices
- Work closely with business and client stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable solution designs
- Provide architecture guidance and technical leadership to delivery and implementation teams
- Ensure solution alignment with finance transformation, consolidation, reporting, reconciliation, and planning objectives
- Define integration architecture between Oracle EPM and ERP or other enterprise systems
- Review configurations, technical design decisions, and overall solution quality
- Drive innovation, optimization, scalability, and performance improvements across the platform
- Support estimation, solution planning, design governance, and architecture reviews
- Contribute to thought leadership, reusable frameworks, and Oracle EPM best practice adoption
Required Skills and Experience
- Deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion suite
- Strong experience in solution architecture, technical design, and enterprise implementation
- Proven track record of delivering successful Oracle EPM implementations
- Strong financial domain understanding including FP&A, consolidation, reporting, tax, reconciliation, and close processes
- Strong understanding of integration patterns with ERP and enterprise platforms
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, EPBCS / Planning, EDMCS, and related Oracle EPM products
- Experience in finance transformation and large enterprise environments
- Oracle certifications in relevant EPM technologies are highly desirable
