We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle BPM Developer to join our team and lead enterprise-scale business process automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced BPMN processes using Oracle BPM Suite (12c)
Build and maintain middleware integration solutions using SOA Suite (BPEL / OSB) and Java
Architect and manage enterprise workflow systems with role-based access control
Support and manage middleware infrastructure including WebLogic Server
Implement process versioning, migration strategies, and human task workflows
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align BPM solutions with business goals
Must-Have Skills
58 years of hands-on experience with Oracle BPM Suite (12c)
Strong expertise in BPMN process modeling and workflow orchestration
Solid experience with Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, OSB)
Good experience with integration-focused Java and WebLogic Server
Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable BPM solutions
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Exposure to custom adapter development
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Maven
