Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Express Operations based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing daily logistics operations, managing team performance, and ensuring service quality and operational efficiency in express delivery services. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, address challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction while aligning with organizational goals. Strategic planning, resource allocation, and compliance with standards and regulations are key aspects of this role. This role is for a leader who can:

Drive end-to-end express operations (first mile to last mile)

Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & cost efficiency

Lead large operational teams with agility & accountability

Collaborate with Sales, Transport & Customer Experience teams

Handle scale, pressure & speed without compromising quality

Qualifications

• 1015 years of experience in Express / Courier / E-commerce logistics
• Strong exposure to hub operations, line haul & last-mile delivery
• Proven people leadership & process optimization skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong operational controlsStrong leadership skills, including team management and performance optimization
• Proficiency in logistics operations, supply chain management, and process improvement
• Experience in resource planning, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making
• Data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting skills to drive operational improvements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to dynamic operational requirements
• Experience in express operations or logistics sectors is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
