Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Express Operations based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing daily logistics operations, managing team performance, and ensuring service quality and operational efficiency in express delivery services. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, address challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction while aligning with organizational goals. Strategic planning, resource allocation, and compliance with standards and regulations are key aspects of this role. This role is for a leader who can:
Drive end-to-end express operations (first mile to last mile)
Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & cost efficiency
Lead large operational teams with agility & accountability
Collaborate with Sales, Transport & Customer Experience teams
Handle scale, pressure & speed without compromising quality
