Senior Operations Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional with more than 5 years experience (under 5 years pls dont apply) to join our team as a Senior Operations Manager for Primestar Investments - a boutique Mutual Fund Investment firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all Operational aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute online/offline Mutual Fund transactions for clients

• Monitor and analyse Mutual Fund Operational data and Reports.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the mutual fund distribution firm.

• Cordinate with various teams to complete tasks in a timely manner.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mutual fund companies & clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 YEARS of experience in operations management, preferably in the mutual fund distribution industry.

• Certification or additional qualification in mutual funds or operations management will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of mutual fund products, processes, and regulations in India.

• Strong managerial skills and multi tasking skills.

• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.

• Good understanding of technology

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
