About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple businesses in India and overseas markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, discipline, strategic execution, and operational excellence, preferably from an Indian Army or Defence background.
This role requires hands-on involvement, cross-border coordination, and the ability to manage teams, processes, and stakeholders with precision and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple business verticals in India and international markets
- Drive process optimization, efficiency, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners across locations
- Ensure smooth coordination with overseas stakeholders, partners, and business units
- Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, timelines, and compliance
- Lead risk management, crisis handling, and contingency planning
- Implement performance discipline, reporting structures, and governance frameworks
- Support leadership with strategic planning and execution
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ex-Army / Defence Services officer (Retired / VRS) preferred
- Strong experience in operations management, administration, or logistics
- Exposure to overseas operations or international business coordination
- High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability
