Hiring: Senior Operations Manager – Offshore Logistics & Marine
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and drive operational excellence across integrated offshore logistics, marine operations, chartering, and customs in India.

About the Role
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution across logistics, marine, and chartering functions. The position will also play a key role in building and scaling offshore vessel chartering operations and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage offshore vessel chartering (AHTS, PSV, DSV, barges, crew boats)
- Build strong relationships with vessel owners, brokers, and NOCs
- Oversee logistics operations (transportation, port handling, warehousing, project cargo)
- Manage marine operations including port calls and vessel coordination
- Ensure customs compliance and regulatory governance
- Lead project execution from planning to delivery
- Drive KPIs, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote a strong HSEQ and safety culture
Leadership Scope
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across operations, marine, and logistics
- Oversee vendor performance and stakeholder coordination
- Act as a key interface for clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Marine Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in offshore or project logistics
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing large teams
- Strong expertise in chartering, marine operations, and offshore logistics
- Knowledge of maritime regulations, port operations, and customs processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
