The Role

You're not optimizing an existing machine, you're building one from scratch.

We need someone who thrives in chaos and wants to build something meaningful. If you've worked in hyperlocal, quick-commerce, or on-demand servicesyou already speak our language.

We're specifically looking for a Marathi-speaking candidate based in Pune who can own A-Z of operations.

What You'll Own

Hub Operations: Site selection, lease negotiations, operational workflows

Workforce Management: Hiring, training, and retention for cleaning professionals

Service Delivery: Dispatch processes, QR code check-ins, real-time tracking

Unit Economics: Drive contribution margins. You own the P&L.

City Expansion: Build the replicable system that scales across cities

You Bring

• 2+ years in operations (hyperlocal/quick-commerce preferred) OR a fresh graduate hungry to build
• Builder mentality & people-first leadership
• Marathi fluency and Pune market knowledge
• Willingness to work on-site in Pune
