Designation : Senior Manager Operations Delivery

Working Hours : 10 AM - 7PM
We are looking for a Senior Manager Operations / Delivery who will be responsible for managing end-to-end program delivery across technology programs atscale. The role will focus on ensuring seamless academic delivery, trainer management, student experience, and operational excellence across programs. The ideal candidate should come with strong experience in managing tech program delivery, preferably from EdTech or similar competitive ecosystems, and should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-
ownership environment.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Program Delivery & Operations
Oversee end-to-end program delivery ensuring classes start on time, run smoothly, and meet defined
quality standards.
Monitor academic delivery performance, learner engagement, and feedback across programs.
Ensure smooth execution of delivery through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other internal
platforms.
Maintain operational discipline across batches and ensure adherence to defined processes.
2. Trainer Management & Sourcing
Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified trainers/instructors for technology programs.
Manage trainer scheduling, availability, and performance.
Ensure trainers are aligned with curriculum delivery standards and learner expectations.
3. Requirement Understanding & Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders/clients to understand program requirements
and delivery expectations.
Translate program requirementsinto actionable operational plans for trainers and delivery teams.
4. Student Relationship Management
Ensure a strong student experience throughout the program lifecycle.
Oversee resolution ofstudent queries, grievances, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Work with support teams to ensure consistent communication and learner satisfaction.
5. Operational Excellence & Scale
Build processes that allow delivery of programs atscale while maintaining quality standards.
Track key operational metrics and continuously improve delivery efficiency and learner outcomes.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience for the Role
712+ years of experience in operations, academic delivery, or program management within
EdTech, education services, or similar domains.
Strong experience managing tech program delivery at scale.
Prior experience working with LMS platforms and virtual program delivery.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, trainers, and program batches simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving, process orientation, and team management skills.
Experience with EdTech competitors or similar organizations will be an advantage.
Willingness to support multiple shifts based on program requirements.
