Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Chennai for a Senior Operations Manager - City Head (preferably ex-Army) at CROWN Security Agencies. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing security personnel at sites located in Saidapet, Minambakkam Airport, Mannur, Irungattukottai etc. ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with clients to provide effective security solutions.

Qualifications

• Security Management, Operations Management, and Leadership skills
• Experience in security services or related industry
• Knowledge of security regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role

Must Haves:

1. Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.

2. Bike/ Car (fuel allowance provided)

3. Relevant experience in Security Guarding and/ or Facility mgmt. industry.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and pleasing personality.
