Operational Leadership
oBuild & lead regional and zonal operations teams PAN India.
oEnsure execution standards, cost control and timely delivery for each project.
oBuild and enforce SOPs for campaign execution, logistics, promoter deployment, etc.
Promoter & Vendor Management
oOversee nationwide promoter network recruitment, onboarding, training and quality control.
oBuild and manage relationships with execution vendors and third-party agencies.
oEnsure legal compliance and documentation of promoters and vendors.
Technology & Systems Integration
oChampion adoption and utilization of the internal Campaign Management System (CMS).
oWork closely with the technology team to enhance tools for planning, reporting and analysis.
oDrive real-time monitoring and data-backed insights from on-ground campaigns.
Budgeting & Cost Optimization
oMonitor project budgets, control costs and ensure healthy gross margins.
oWork with the finance team to forecast, allocate and track campaign-related expenses.
oEnsure statutory compliances
People & Performance Management
oBuild and mentor a high-performing operations team with clear KRAs and accountability.
oDrive training programs to upgrade team capabilities in line with company growth.
oImplement performance metrics to evaluate internal team and external vendor success.
Risk & Crisis Management
oAnticipate, identify and mitigate operational risks during campaign execution.
oCreate escalation protocols and response plans for field-related challenges.
