About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Operations with a strong background in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end operations, project execution, vendor and client management, and should have successfully led cross-functional teams.

Budget for this role- Upto 2L per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for interior design and modular projects from initiation to completion.
  • Handle P&L
  • Oversee our factory team & operations
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, site supervisors, and operations staff.
  • Ensure seamless execution of interior projects, adhering to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and sales teams to deliver a superior client experience.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and resolve project bottlenecks, escalations, and conflicts.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure timely deliveries and quality output.
  • Track project performance metrics and present reports to leadership on operations performance and improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, resource planning, and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in operations within the interior design / modular furniture industry (preferably from companies like Homelane, Livspace, or similar).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling operations teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project execution, vendor management, and client servicing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Operations, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
