Role: Sr. Operation Executive

Department: Operations

Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfilment: Oversee the entire process from when a customer places an order to it being delivered, including receiving, picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
  • Transportation & Shipping: Plan the most efficient and cost-effective transportation methods and routes. This includes selecting carriers, negotiating rates, booking pickups, and monitoring the progress of shipments.
  • Tracking & Problem Solving: Track orders in real-time and address operational issues such as delayed shipments, damaged goods, or incorrect orders. Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams about any delays or problems.
  • Reverse Logistics (Returns): Manage the process for handling customer returns and exchanges efficiently, including quality checks, restocking, or disposal of returned items.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all shipping documents, invoices, and customs requirements are accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, costs, and order accuracy. Generate reports to identify trends and improve logistics strategies.

Skills Required:

- Sound knowledge of offline retail, B2B orders and appointment delivery is a must.

- Proficiency with logistics software (WMS, TMS, ERP systems), MS Office applications (especially Excel), and data analysis tools.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Bills reconciliation.

Immediate joiners or the candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
