Roles and Responsibility :
.Ensuring on time requisition, lineups and recruitment by coordinating with respective agencies .
.Ensuring on time Onboarding after PEV , PCC.
.Coordination on employee code , DHL code creation.
.Ensuring on time fuel inputs and payment as per the cycle .
.Ensuring on time attendance inputs and salary and closing of all disputes.
.Coordination with agencies to resolve any disputes in terms of termination , theft , salary hold , warning etc .
.Ensuring and monitoring online Attendance and Fuel usage.
.Ensuring staffs getting Uniform after joining.
.Coordination with Ops Incharge , Ops Heads , HR team .
