Wealth Creation Company is a premium wealth distribution platform facilitating access to curated investment solutions through licensed and compliant distribution partners.
We work with Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Income, PMS, AIFs, Pre-IPO (Unlisted Shares), and Insurance products.
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Operations professionals from Mutual Fund / Broking / Wealth Management backgrounds who can independently manage end-to-end operational processes and support Relationship Managers and Sales teams.
This role is core to business execution, coordination with AMCs, brokers, platform partners & employees.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Mutual Fund transactions (online & physical)
Process Bond / Fixed Income / Corporate Deposit applications
Coordinate PMS & AIF onboarding, documentation & follow-ups
Manage platform logins: Prudent, NJ, AMC Portals, Broker dashboards.
Coordinate with AMCs, registrars, brokers & custodians
Ensure accurate documentation, KYC & compliance checks
Support Relationship Managers in smooth client execution
Maintain MIS, transaction records & reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
210+ years experience in Operations / Back Office
Prior experience with Prudent / NJ / Angel / Sharekhan / ICICI / HDFC / Motilal / Axis / Broking firms
Strong understanding of:
Mutual Fund operations
PMS & AIF onboarding
Bonds / Fixed Income execution
Comfortable with online + physical processes
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and responsive.
Compensation & Growth
Indicative Fixed Range: 3 LPA 8.40 LPA
