Senior Operations Associate - Supply Chain

We're rapidly scaling and looking for a proactive Senior Operations Associate to strengthen our logistics and fulfillment team.

Role Overview

You'll handle end-to-end operations across first-mile (FM) and last-mile (LM), coordinating with 3PL partners, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. The role requires strong ownership, coordination, and analytical skills to support day-to-day operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners for issue resolution and SLA tracking.
• Support Senior leaders in execution, reporting, and escalations.
• Track 3PL performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
• 24 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, or logistics operations.
• Basic knowledge of both FM and LM logistics preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Excel, GSheet, GDoc, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Work Mode & Location

Full-time, in-office role | Bangalore | 6-day working (MonSat)
