Senior Operations Analyst, Fund Services (Pune, India)

A global financial services platform is seeking Senior Operations Analysts to support trade processing, reconciliation, and transfer agency operations across investment products and separate account structures.

This role offers exposure to capital markets operations, settlements, and fund servicing workflows, within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile investment transactions and related cash movements
• Support daily trade processing, settlement, and valuation activities
• Investigate and resolve transaction or reconciliation discrepancies
• Support transfer agency and operational functions across investment products
• Maintain process documentation and operational records
• Ensure timely delivery against SLA and productivity targets
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global teams
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in trade processing, reconciliation, settlements, or fund operations
• Strong understanding of capital markets, mutual funds, securities operations, or banking processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience working in deadline-driven operational environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within global teams
