5-9 Years of IT Infra project management/coordination experience
End-to-end IT Network infra deployment experience (Router, Switches, firewall, wireless etc)
Excellent external-facing communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-stakes customer presentations and manage long-term client relationships.
Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, adept at bridging the gap between customer needs and internal cross-functional teams.
Remote work initially but willing to start from office (Noida) if asked for
Shift timing would be a USA shift.

Infrastructure Project Management/Coordination
Experience in solution design and implementation in Infrastructure and Networking domains
Strong background in managing multiple, concurrent deployment projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Provide Project Management services for Network deployments, including
Resource planning as per forecast
Task allocation and planning
Regular project tracking and updates
Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
Study Infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgM/Planners
Scheduling remote resources, managing access, tracking projects during execution, and extending necessary support.
Work with customers for requirement gathering.
Report project analysis using dashboards, reports, and decks.
Revise documents as new issues arise
Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements
Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to Infrastructure TPMs
Proven ability to manage diverse technical teams, with strong emotional intelligence (EQ) to foster inclusive collaboration and effectively mediate complex team or stakeholder conflicts.
