Job Description

Be part of a new in-house OKTA technical team providing support for a complex platform and a large, diverse user base
Liaison with internal OpCo s and external customers from a support perspective delivering a first-class service experience
Ensure that audit standards are adhered to in regard to attestations and management of identities and service accounts
Assist in reporting on all aspects of the OKTA environments for security and audit requirements
To support the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects.
To provide technical 2 nd Line support to a wide user base
To provide support to application integrations into the OKTA service for the purpose of authentication and authorisation.
Set Up Org2org and SCIM Configuration In OKTA
To manage designated technical team members
To maintain CMDB Service Catalogue technical documentation relating to IDAM configuration items
To participate in the IDAM Change Management process
