Senior Okta Engineer

What you'll need:

• Certified to Okta Administrator level or equivalent in another Identity product.
• A good understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS
• An understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations
• A minimum of 3 years technical experience in IDAM support & implementations
• Experience with conditional access controls on access management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)
• Product management & support
• Collaboration skills
• Knowledge of AD/LDAP, AAD, AADC, SCCM, Citrix, Okta, Group Policy
• Experience of working in global, complex environments

What you'll be doing:

• Be part of a new in-house OKTA technical team providing support for a complex platform and a large, diverse user base
• Liaison with internal OpCo's and external customers from a support perspective delivering a first-class service experience
• Ensure that audit standards are adhered to in regard to attestations and management of identities and service accounts
• Assist in reporting on all aspects of the OKTA environments for security and audit requirements
• To support the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects.
• To provide technical 2nd Line support to a wide user base
• To provide support to application integrations into the OKTA service for the purpose of authentication and authorisation.
• Set Up Org2org and SCIM Configuration In OKTA
• To manage designated technical team members
• To maintain CMDB & Service Catalogue & technical documentation relating to IDAM configuration items
• To participate in the IDAM Change Management process
