Ensure adherence to all relevant procedures as per SOP.
Ensures proper access control and smooth running of day to day security activities.
Execute proper patrolling and ensure the same is been carried out by supervisor, responsible for readiness and quick deployment of QRT /STF at all times and discipline of guards and their accommodation related aspects.
Respond on incidents to support the organisation like IR issue, traffic accident, work place accident, Mob and in other disaster management as per instruction and guidance of security Ops I/C.
Execute right and required deployment of security guards as per shift requirement.
Briefing, Training and development of security outsource manpower for better output.
Update security Ops I/C about the upcoming observation during plant round potential risk for mitigation.
He shall communicate necessary instructions to all Security personnel working in shift.
Responsible to develop intelligence network within plant and with coordination with other private security agencies deployed inside and outside the plant.
Knowledge of 5S/Six sigma/IMS.
Ensure highest standards of Health & Safety guidelines and take active part CHETNA.
Strategic: Be a part of security team provide quality security services by executing and responding for safeguarding all assets of the company including its employees, material, customers and associates and supports to create a secured environment 24x7.
Operational: Be a part of security team, supports by executing activities related to creating surveillance and coordinate routine and emergency security activities to prevent the plant, material, employees, customers and associates.
Financial: To minimise financial losses of the company by ensuring secured environment to avoid frauds/theft, labour unrest and sabotage of the plant by judicious employment of security resources.
People Development: To impart training for security supervisors /guards in developing their skills in security, materials management. Collection and collation of information into intelligence and man management skills.
Growth: To create a positive atmosphere in the department and within the subordinate to a result oriented team.
Health & Safety: To ensure the Plant Health & Safety rules and any situation which should not leads to unsafe conditions as per the organizational guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in desired discipline.
Physical security, man management, material movement, Sap transaction, access control, patrolling, training and development, Disaster management, Loss prevention VIP security and deployment of security staff as per requirement.
Competent enough to work in highly diverse environment with people from varied background, popular team worker with leadership traits.
