Job Description

  • Probe Investigate cases pertaining to Whistle Blower Anonymous HR complaints/ grievances with logical conclusion/closure within the defined TAT
  • Supervising Junior Ethics Officers & management of assigned case investigations.
  • Reporting as per Internal Policy Guideline
  • Tracking/monitoring/Responding of correspondence from Regulators
  • Working in close coordination with Regional ER Teams and collaborating with Regional HR Teams.
  • Any other review/task assigned by the seniors.
  • Follow up and closure of recommendations
  • Maintenance of Investigation supporting's and evidences
  • Preparation of Notes/Reports placed before Competent Management/ Board Authorities
  • Tracking of queries and implementation of recommendations
  • Ensure dashboard on periodic/adhoc data/response/s to stake holders on WB/ Anonymous complaints/ Staff HR related cases.
  • Keep abreast on market fraud trends and collecting intelligence.
  • Conduct training for Business/Other support functions to make them aware about COC/ Ethics.

Experience Required:

  1. Minimum experience in years 3-5yrs.
  2. Exposure to banking/ HR role are preferable
