Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-performing employees
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps, and design tailored solutions to meet the organization's needs
- Provide guidance and support to managers on various HR-related matters, such as performance management, career development, and employee engagement
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a talent management or HR advisory role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of talent management best practices and the ability to translate them into practical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR analytics tools to drive informed decision-making
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
