Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a team of financial advisors to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue within the assigned region
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the team, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of products and services
