Experience: 10–14 Years (Minimum 10+ years in Odoo / ERP Consulting)

Qualification: MBA / CA / CMA / B.E / B.Tech or equivalent

We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Senior Odoo Functional Consultant who can independently manage the complete lifecycle—from pre-sales solutioning to successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional expertise, strong client-handling skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex Odoo implementations.

• Lead requirement discovery workshops with prospective clients
• Deliver impactful and customized Odoo product demonstrations
• Prepare solution proposals, effort estimations, and scope documents
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive closures
• Handle client objections, negotiations, and solution positioning effectively

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/FRD)
• Map client needs to Odoo standard features or define custom solutions
• Drive end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle
• Coordinate closely with technical teams for custom development
• Lead UAT cycles, validations, and client sign-offs
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

• Act as the primary functional SPOC for clients
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and status updates
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Manage change requests, scope discussions, and expectations

• Develop and maintain:
• Functional specifications
• User manuals & SOPs
• Implementation documentation
• Ensure structured delivery using Agile / Waterfall methodologies

Hands-on experience in:

• Sales & CRM
• Purchase & Inventory
• Accounting & Finance
• Manufacturing (MRP)
• HRMS
• Project Management

• Multi-company & multi-currency implementations
• Experience with Odoo Community & Enterprise (multiple versions)
• Integration experience (APIs, third-party systems)

• Excellent English communication (mandatory) – strong client-facing ability
• Exceptional presentation and demo skills
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions
• Experience handling international clients (preferred)

• A self-driven consultant who can work independently
• Someone with extensive real-world Odoo implementation experience
• Ability to own the full lifecycle from pre-sales to delivery
• Strong control over scope, estimations, and client expectations
