Senior Odoo Developer

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Senior Odoo Developer for a leading ERP solutions provider. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK.

Experience: 6-7 years

CTC: INR 15-20 LPA

Location: Remote

Time: 1 PM to 10 PM IST (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of Odoo custom modules.
• Design scalable architecture for complex Odoo implementations.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and database structures.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
• Handle cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of deployed systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 and above).
• Proficient in Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, and Linux.
• Experience in API integrations, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Solid understanding of business workflows and ERP principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience in large-scale Odoo implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
