Position Overview:

As a Senior Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Odoo solutions for our clients in the United States. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, architect and develop customized solutions, and provide technical guidance to development teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Odoo framework, Python programming, and project management.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of Odoo solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements

Architect and develop customized Odoo modules to meet client-specific needs

Collaborate with clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

Provide technical guidance and support to development teams

Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of Odoo solutions

Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

5+ years of hands-on experience with the Odoo framework and Python programming

7+ years of overall programming experience in Python and other ERP ecosystems

Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes

Experience leading development teams and managing projects

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and project management skills

Odoo Certified Developer (Optional)
