Job Title: Senior Non-IT Recruiter / Full Desk Business Development Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter / Full Desk BDM to lead end-to-end recruitment and business development efforts. This role requires a strong background in staffing for non-technical roles across industries such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, healthcare admin, corporate services, and professional services. The ideal candidate is a highly driven recruiter who excels in sourcing talent, managing client relationships, and closing deals independently.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for non-IT roles
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and Boolean sourcing
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure skill, culture, and career fit
- Negotiate offers, compensation, and start dates with candidates
Business Development
- Develop new client relationships and expand business with existing clients
- Identify hiring needs and offer staffing solutions to key industry clients
- Conduct intake meetings, gather job requirements, and provide candidate market insight
- Present qualified candidates and manage client expectations
Client & Account Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for client hiring needs
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Manage job orders, submit candidates, schedule interviews, and handle feedback loop
- Meet monthly performance targets in both recruitment and business development
Operational Excellence
- Track KPIs and pipeline activity to meet weekly & monthly goals
- Stay updated on non-IT market trends, talent availability, and competitor analysis
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of non-IT full-desk recruiting experience (agency staffing required)
- Proven success in recruiting for roles such as: skilled trades, manufacturing, operations, sales, finance, logistics, admin, engineering, field services, etc.
- Strong business development and client-acquisition track record
- Advanced Boolean search and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Strong professional network and established candidate database
