Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Network Security Engineer (L2+) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting complex network and security infrastructures, with a focus on Cisco ISE, FTD, FMC, ASA Firewalls, and core Routing & Switching.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for AAA, 802.1x, posture, and profiling.

Deploy, manage, and maintain Cisco Firepower Threat Dfense (FTD) with Firepower Management Center (FMC).

Support and manage Cisco ASA firewalls, including upgrades, failover configurations, ACL management, and VPN policies.

Perform regular health checks, tuning, and updates for all security appliances and policies.

Respond to and troubleshoot security incidents, network performance issues, and access problems.

Design, implement, and support enterprise-level Routing & Switching infrastructure (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, STP, etc.).

Collaborate with internal and customer IT teams on change management and security hardening initiatives.

Create and maintain documentation for network/security configurations and SOPs.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Security solutions and enterprise networks.

Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco ISE (Policy Set, Device Administration, Profiling, Posture, Guest Access).

Proficiency in Cisco FTD & FMC (rule management, intrusion policies, NAT, VPNs).

Solid experience in managing Cisco ASA firewalls in enterprise environments.

Good understanding of Routing & Switching protocols and architectures.

Ability to handle L2+/L3-level support and participate in root cause analysis and solutioning.

Familiarity with security compliance, audits, and standard documentation practices.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

CCNP Security / CCIE Security

Cisco Certified Specialist ISE / FTD

ITIL Foundation (optional)

Work Location:

Onsite at customer location in Mumbai (some travel may be required to DR sites)
