Greetings for Vbeyond !

We are hiring for an experienced Principal Engineer- Network to manage and support network, data centre, and security environments for enterprise clients. This role involves handling critical infrastructure, resolving complex issues, and leading a technical team.

Experience - 9+ Years

Location (Hybrid) - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurugram, Noida

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
  • Handle firewalls, security, and data centre switching
  • Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 level incidents
  • Perform patching, upgrades, and change management
  • Work in a 24x7 support environment
  • Do root cause analysis (RCA) for major issues
  • Lead/mentor team and handle technical escalations
  • Work with tools like ServiceNow / ITSM platforms
  • Collaborate with vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Juniper)

Must Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Networking / Security / Data Centre
  • Hands-on with Cisco / Aruba / Palo Alto / Juniper
  • Experience in Managed Services / NOC environment
  • Knowledge of incident & change management (ITIL)
  • Certifications like CCNA / CCNP
