Senior Network Engineer

Job Description :

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Cisco ACI-based data center solutions, including fabric architecture, policy design, and integration with enterprise network services.
• . Execute hands-on Cisco ACI deployments, migrations, and production changes with strong focus on planning, testing, risk mitigation, and operational stability.
• . Troubleshoot and resolve complex ACI and data center network issues related to fabric health, routing, policy enforcement, and application connectivity while driving continuous optimization.
• . Serve as the Cisco ACI Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership, design guidance, root-cause analysis, and operational support across project and production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, cloud, virtualization, server, and application teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce network policies, standards, and operational procedures aligned with industry best practices, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in network risk assessments, security audits, and compliance reviews by identifying vulnerabilities, evaluating controls, and recommending infrastructure enhancements.
• Enhance network traffic monitoring, incident detection, and predictive analysis capabilities using tools such as SolarWinds, Netscout, and Wireshark to improve operational visibility and reliability.
• Apply strong expertise in networking technologies and protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, VLANs, IPsec, QoS, TCP/IP, SDN, NFV, and spine-leaf data center architectures.
• Utilize cloud networking and automation technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Ansible, Python, and Terraform to support hybrid cloud integrations, network automation, and infrastructure management.

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise networking with strong hands-on expertise in Cisco ACI design, implementation, troubleshooting, and support within large-scale data center environments.
• Proven experience in data center networking technologies, including routing, switching, network integration, and fabric-based architectures, with Cisco ACI as the core technical competency.
• Strong ability to design network solutions, lead implementations, manage production changes, and deliver infrastructure projects from planning through execution and support.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex Cisco ACI and data center network issues, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring production stability and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise infrastructure migrations, network transformations, and controlled production deployments in mission-critical environments.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP Data Center, Cisco ACI Specialist, CCIE, or equivalent professional networking certifications are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related discipline required Master's degree in Network Architecture, Cybersecurity, Cloud Technologies, or related fields preferred.
