We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join our global IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure across TMF's global footprint. This role involves working with advanced networking technologies, cloud platforms, and security systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our network services.
Key Responsibilities
mplement, manage, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Support and maintain WAN/LAN infrastructure including Cisco Meraki SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and bandwidth optimization tools.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; generate regular reports and forecasts.
- Configure and maintain network services such as DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VPN (SSL, GRE, IPSec), and NAC solutions.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement changes.
- Participate in network audits and ensure InfoSec compliance.
- Lead or support network-related projects and upgrades.
- Act as an escalation point for L1/L2 engineers and guide them in troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and policies.
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies (CCNA required; CCNP preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Familiarity with Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, F5 load balancers, and Zscaler VPN and Proxy
- Understanding of IDS/IPS, reverse proxy, content filtering, and network security best practices.
- Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a global, multi-time zone environment.

- Cisco CCNP
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking
- Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
