Senior Network Engineer

College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 5 to8 years equivalent work experience

Industry recognised qualifications including but not limited to Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA),

Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) and Microsoft

Avaya / Extreme

Checkpoint / Palo Alto

Netscaler ADC

Technical Skills-

WAN technologies (MPLS, Dynamic Routing, SD-WAN) Azure / Other Cloud providers.

LAN technologies (Extreme Appliances, SPBM, Dynamic Routing).

Wireless technologies like Aerohive.

Security appliances (Palo Alto, Checkpoint).

Load Balancers (Alteon, Citrix ADC) and WAN Optimisers (Riverbed).

System Management technologies; SolarWinds.

Cloud base Internet proxy solutions (zScaler).

Significant experience supporting large/enterprise level Infrastructures.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve prompt resolution.

A good knowledge of current business trends and potential technical ramifications of

changing business environments on current and future technology.
